Hi, there.  I'm Bailey, a therapist in Washington State and owner of be connected.  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (MC61210129), National Certified Counselor, and graduate of Seattle University.

I believe in your inherent power to heal and grow, and I acknowledge that therapy is just one of the many ways that you may find what you need.  I value genuineness, thoughtfulness, and kind humor in my therapy practice.  I will work with you to identify the places of isolation and hurt that are currently keeping you from living your unique and fulfilling life.  Then, we will go at your pace to make change.

I practice intersectional feminist therapy, so you can expect that we will explore how the systems, communities, and families you live in affect your ability to be your full, authentic self.  This type of therapy is relational, which means our therapist-client relationship is as important as any exercise or tool we may consider.  I work to build trust and safety, and I always respect your right to choose  what is best for you.

I use she/her pronouns.  I live in Seattle with my partner and my pup.  I take time away from work to travel, rest, read, and explore.
